Order Processing Time
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (€12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes even the purr-fect product might not suit your feline’s fancy. Our return policy is designed to be as flexible as a cat’s spine!
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Cat hygiene and care products (brushes, opened litter boxes, etc.)
- Anti-parasitic products (pipettes, collars, etc.)
- Opened food products (cat food, treats)
Return Process

- Authorization: Our team will send return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack Carefully: Package the item securely (like you’d protect a kitten!) with the return form
- Ship It: Send the package to the provided address (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error)
- Inspection: We’ll inspect upon receipt and process your refund or exchange
Refund Details
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method
- Amount: Purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless defective)
